Jing Junhai and Hu Yuting extended a warm welcome to all the guests and wished the 2023 Home Experts Forum a full success. Jing said that the CAST held the forum in Jilin and encouraged high-end talents at home and abroad to enhance cooperation with Jilin, which is of great significance for Jilin to thoroughly study and implement Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and to speed up the building of an innovative province. We will fully cooperate with the CAST in making the forum a success and strive for more substantive results, Jing said, adding that hopefully, the CAST will continue to deepen cooperation with Jilin, provide more support in the allocation of scientific and technological resources, layout of major projects and introduction of high-end talents, and help Jilin better implement national strategies, solve development problems and promote comprehensive revitalization. Jing expressed his hope that all experts and scholars present here will actively integrate into the efforts in establishing the collaborative innovation system of Jilin, jointly conduct scientific research, strengthen cooperation in the application of achievements, work together to cultivate outstanding talents, and help Jilin boost innovative development.
