What is Jilin "Jixiang code"?
ANSWER
"Jixiang code" is a personal QR code based on the real-name data of the unified identity authentication of "Jilin Provincial Online Administrative Service Hall”, which is generated by the comparison and verification of big data information of epidemic prevention on the national platform for government service. According to the difference of personal health index identified by the system, the "Jixiang code" can be classified into four categories including green code, yellow code, red code and ID code (black & white code).

What are the differences between green code, yellow code, red code and black & white code?
ANSWER
Green code: A green code indicates that the holder is in low-risk status. If one of the following situations occurs, a green code shall be assigned: people without either a red code (high risk) or a yellow code (medium risk).
Yellow code: A yellow code indicates that the holder is in medium-risk status. If one of the following situations occurs, a yellow code shall be assigned: people who report fever, shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms, confirmed COVID-19 patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital within 7 days, asymptomatic carriers who have been out of quarantine within 7 days, suspected cases who have been excluded within 14 days, as well as people without health tests in the provincial key personnel database of epidemic prevention information.
Red code: A red code indicates that the holder is in high-risk status. If one of the following situations occurs, a red code shall be assigned: confirmed COVID-19 patients, suspected cases, asymptomatic carriers, close contacts under concentrated observation or home-based quarantine, people with fever of unknown cause, people from high-risk areas with less than 14 days of medical quarantine, as well as inbound individuals under centralized observation or home-based quarantine.
ID code (black & white code): The health code will be displayed as ID code (black & white code) when the relevant data is acquired abnormally. The ID code can only be used as a personal identity code for electronic registration of personal information, not as a health information code. The health status of the code holder shall be determined by the local office of the leading group for COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control. -

How to make red and yellow codes green?
ANSWER
For holders with yellow codes:
1) People who report fever, shortness of breath and respiratory symptoms: if the symptoms are relieved, you can choose "No" in the "Personal health information reporting" of the "Jilin Provincial Online Government Service Hall" mini-program to make the yellow code green;
2) People with abnormal body temperature measured on site (body temperature ≥ 37.3 ℃): if the body temperature returns to normal, your health code will turn green after the code scanner measures and records the body temperature;
3) Confirmed COVID-19 patients who have been cured and discharged from hospital within 7 days: if there are no other symptoms verified by the epidemic prevention data provided by relevant national departments 7 days after discharge, the yellow code will turn green;
4) Asymptomatic carriers who have been out of quarantine within 7 days: if there are no other symptoms verified by the epidemic prevention data provided by relevant national departments after quarantine, the yellow code will turn green.
For holders with red codes:
The color of red codes will be adjusted according to the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control.

What is the relationship between the color of "Jixiang code" and mobility?
ANSWER
Holders with green codes can move freely. Those who enter Jilin province with green codes can travel across the province according to the relevant provisions during the epidemic prevention period. Holders with yellow codes can move freely if their health codes turn green with relieved symptoms or ending quarantine. Holders with red codes need to be in quarantine according to the relevant provisions of epidemic prevention and control.
